Developers for my server

Here is the story pretty much, so I dont have money yet but I am going to
be coming into a lot of money very very soon ((2-3 weeks)) and after that I am going
to have a very high budget for this
So what im looking for is people to create custom plugins for my server and hang on to them
until I get my money to pay for them. I know this may be asking for a lot but you are 100% going to get paid, its just a matter of time and etc ya know.
