Right now, it's just me, Severus. I'm looking to expand the team I wish to create, so this is how I'll be hiring developers.

Simple: Send me a portfolio, you're in.

Of course, evaluation first, I'll see if you're worth it or not,
you'll get 90% of your commission.

Oh yeah, what reputation do I require? None! I'm a new member, and the team will probably need time to grow, but IF you have a github, and the code is halfway-decent, we will hire you.
