I am Bradley, I am a programmer and I am setting up a team in which will be creating plugins and putting them on Spigot. We will be creating free and premium plugins, however, we want to get a page setup and get people downloading our plugins before releasing any premium plugins.
There will be two different groups, one that will be dedicated to creating the free plugins and the other will be dedicated to creating and managing those plugins. Those people who work on those premium plugins will get a cut of the money in which we receive from the plugin. The cut depends on how many developers work on it. For example, if there are 3 developers working on a project everyone will get 33.3% of the money.
However, for the first bit until we get known everyone will need to work for free and then when we have released a few free plugins then we will create the teams.
