WHY SCORCH?
Good question! Why choose to be a part of our team?
Although Scorch is a new company, we have a very open mindset - we are not looking for only experienced developers but are also happy to recruit those just starting out in development and train them along the way. Along with that, staff aren't tied down to a set "contract" and can take up projects that they want to do and work on them flexibly so long as the projects are complete before/by the set deadline by the client.
One more reason to join our diverse team is that all developers are offered a remuneration of their preference (where possible). We want to ensure our developers work to the best of their ability on all projects and we also understand that comes with a price - we'll do everything we can to keep both our staff and clients as happy as possible. Pay would be percentage per project. Upon completion (or 50% through), the developer would receive their respective pay. The percentage should be outlined by the developer at recruitment and can be changed later on if they so wish. A minimum of 5% should however, be for Scorch Development.
Our staff get to experience a professional, no nonsense environment - similar to that of mainstream software companies such as Apple, Microsoft and Google.
Let's not forget - our staff will get bonuses depending on customer satisfaction, completion date of project and overall work ethic!
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I am Scorch, a Java and PHP/JS programmer. For the past 3 years, I have been developing websites and improving my fluency in PHP and JS using plugins such as JQuery, Bootstrap, DataTables and several others. By no means am I an "expert" at web development or Java development but I do know a trick or two.
I am able to present my portfolio on request (providing these websites are still online).
I am certain that together we can produce a fantastic company and go places! So, join me in our adventure for success. United we stand, divided we fall.
Please post below, contact me via PM or Skype [email protected] if you are interested.
Thank You,
Scorch.
