Complaining about developers not replying, but they don't reply for no reason.

You're either:
- Being too vague, create a large and descriptive document.
- Being unpleasant to talk to
- Your budget just isn't good enough and you're asking too much.

Either way this wouldn't have happened if you saved up and spent money on a proper developer that works per hour, and if you don't have the money well...
