Introduction
Hello! Some of you may know Retrix Solutions, others may not; we are a group of developers who want to help people with their issues by giving them a cheap alternative to the marketplace, we currently have two developers and are thinking of expanding.

Whats in it for you?
Some of you may be asking the benefits which this grants developers and aspiring developers alike, we as a team are not focused on money, instead we focus on happiness of our clients, therefore; we will not ask for any percentage of your profits. Some people have asked to join our team in the past and we have simply denied them as we felt we were not ready for the expansion.

Why would you join the team?
Us at Retrix Solutions provide a community like no other, we don't disregard languages (coding/speaking), we don't disregard people, we just want people to be happy! If you were to join the team, there wouldn't be many rules for you and your money making, simply put:
- You have to refer to us as a team, you're still a member.
- You get to use our terms (which can be modified if required)
- You get to have a premade team help you in your life-progression
- You get to join a team which values people more than money

Why do we want people?
Ever since the dawn of Retrix Solutions, we have always wanted to branch out, whether that be us learning new languages and then progressing into other fields or recruiting other members, we would like to create a haven for developers, buyers, students and players to be able to hang out and help each other with different tasks.

I believe I have spoken about everything which is required of me, however I do want to highlight that we currently have 41 members on our discord, a website, a spigot page and much more, if you want to know more information; please don't hesitate and just ask!
