Hi,

My name is Joel and I run Pavellium, a small company that takes commissions from willing customers . I am looking to hire a few dedicated developers to take commissions. Developers need to prioritise work here as customers expect fast service however you can still work on other projects if you need to. You'll also need to work in a timezone close to GMT as I need to be able to communicate with you I will also be hiring a team-leader to make sure that all commissions are looked over however you'll still have freedom over what you do. The base rate is 60/40 to you however as you continue to work, this will increase. You will also have to be prepared to work on a few vouch copies as we will need to build a reputation.

So the developer gets 60 and you get 40? Also you have no reputation what so ever, I wouldn't recommend anyone working for anything less than 80/20 until they trust you and your business.
