I doubt any developers are going to do this for you for free, Developers always get the "this won't be paid at the start but later on u might." statement, but 9 times out of 10 we won't get paid, or heavily underpaid.

Just a little bit of advice, developers develop servers for one reason, "Self-Gain." Sorry if this sounds crass, but it's the truth. There are three sub-categories or self-gain. One, they are developing for their own network. Two, they are developing to get their name of their. Or three, they are in it win it, "aka make money." Which of these three things are you offering to potential developers? The only applicable one is really getting their name of there and you made it evident that you simply don't give a shit. Anyone who writes a one sentence request forum, obviously doesn't care. Again sorry if this is crass, but its brute honesty...
