Sorry to break it to you, but no developer is going to make such gamemodes for free, and if they're smart they won't accept the whole "I'll pay you x% once the server generates donations" deal.

may I ask you when your work like a JOB do you get first paid than work or first work than paid?
because you first work then you get paid so that's how it work business .
I mean if you paid 50% of what the Dev asked first and then paid the other 50% some dev's would work for you, but how you worded it out that when the server gets donations, no dev would want to work for you unless you're under a cave.
