Developing Small Plugins for Vouches

Hello all! I'm creating this thread because I am looking for vouches. I am willing to develop some small plugins for people who post their request below.

Plugin Name: PunishGUI
Short Description: It opens a GUI to punish players. When a staff member types /punish (player) it will open a GUI with a ban item. When the staff member clicks the ban item it will open another GUI which has dates for the ban. There will be a 14d ban for reason Admitted to Cheating and a Perm ban for reason Hacked Client
Commands: /punish (player)
Permissions: punishgui.staff

Plugin Name: KhiloBlood
Short Description: when a player gets a critical hit on another player the player that got hit leaks with red dye and bones. Add a command where a GUI pops up hat allows you the disable he blood so that way if a player has it disabled they won't see the blood
Permissions: none

 

[Server]

Plugin Name: NoTnTSpread
Short Description: When one tnt blows up, it doesn't blow up other pieces of TNT around it. Useful to prevent lag on test servers.

Plugin Name: JinxedFTop
Short Description: Whenever a player does /f top it will bring up a gui of the top 10 factions with the most money on the server.
Commands: /f top, /f top reload
Permission: ftop.open

 

[Songs]

Plugin Name: Pixelmoneffect

Short Description:
Pixelmon models get in-game effects around them after command is executed.
e.g. bedrock fog around the pokemon

Commands:
/peffect [user] [effect] [slot]

e.g. [effect] = bedrock smoke
e.g. [slot] = slot of the pixelmon


/peffect remove [user] [slot]
e.g. removes bedrock smoke from users pokemon

Permissions:
peffect.*

Please tell me if I'm a complete idiot and this is more of a side-mod than a plugin.
I also know this doesn't sound small but I'm positive you could sell this on in the future.
