Hello everyone, I'm Jack, an owner of BoostedNetwork and GlacialRealms. We're mainly known for BoostedNetwork which peaks at 100 players, however in the past we use to be more stable at 150 to 200 players daily. GlacialRealms is a network we took over in mid 2017 from a owner who was leaving the industry sadly due to numerous issues we've been unable to get it off the ground, however we're wanting to change that in the coming weeks to months. We're currently working with AMinecraftDev RyujiX Mat O-T CombatWombat010 TheJackLC and SuperCoolMomo

Current Projects:
- QNCore (Contains 100+ plugins, this sits on every single server, includes a shop, welcome messages + More)
- SkyblockCore (Custom Challenges, Island Bank + More)
- FactionsCore (CropHopper, Jelly Legs + More)
- BungeeCore (IPLimiter, StaffChat, Youtube Reference + More)
- Custom 1.12.2 TacoSpigot Fork (Being developed as we speak, to deal with all lag issues, it focuses on Entities, Hoppers, Lighting Updates and Chunks)

Future Projects:
- Discord Bot
- PrisonCore
- CreativeCore
- CannonCore
- HCFCore
- KitMapCore

Requirements:
- Keep us updated and be reachable on Discord.
- Good knowledge in Java & Object Oriented.
- Be able to put at least 5 hours into the network almost every week.
- Either knowledgeable in, or willing to learn MongoDB, MySQL, Git and Maven.

Time Frame:
You will be asked to work at least 5 hours a week.

Payment:
We will pay hourly starting at $12 / hour, however this depends on your experience and you efficiency. You will be paid every Thursday.

I have 2 Questions
- Why do you work with MongoDB and MySQL because when I would join I primary focus in MongoDB

- Is the server 1.12.2 only? I would like it tho

1) We mainly use MySQL for storing Playerdata, Spawner locations, Staff Ranks and Titles. As many of it goes across multiple servers, however we don't actually use MongoDB, we just put it their to see who has that knowledge, as we see it as an extra that could be used in the future.

2) Skyblock/Creative/Prison/Event are all 1.12.2 and will continue to stay on the latest builds, however servers like our Hubs and Factions will be 1.8.8 and HCF/KitMap will be 1.7.

Hey, you might be looking for individual devs but if you go through my company for a dev, not only will it be cheaper as you won't be paying per hour but just the price of the plugin, it will all be organised and there will be discounts for buying in bulk. Hope to hear from you soon!

As we run everything in Cores, and that AMinecraftDev who is a developer of Bukkit API for over 4+ Years is a owner of the Network's we prefer to run everything ourselves then outsource. Cheaper doesn't mean better quality either.

The Server Owners Said to ask aminecraftdev and them he said shut up what a dick

Currently Mat has gone MIA on us, we've paid him over 250USD I believe, for several hours of work however hasn't pushed any of his code onto our Github, and hasn't replied since the 18th of April.

He most likely has a valid reason, however he hasn't contacted us at all through Emails, Discord etc which can be done anywhere e.g. On your phone, PC, local library computer etc. He struggled to push code regarding to a custom TacoSpigot Fork as apparently it's continuously blocking him, and to my knowledge has not even forwarded us a screenshot of any code he's done. This custom fork was suppose to be completed in two weeks, now it's expanded across several due to his in-activity.
