Hey MCM,

I am a little new to the site, but I understand the basics.

Anyways, I am wanting to learn about/understand how to set up a server. More along the lines of plugins. Paying for a host from OVH, SoYouStart or something like that, is no problem. Staff, spawns, regions, maps, no problem.

I just literally know nothing about plugins. I didn't know if anyone had any videos that helped, advice, or take a little time to help me out on Skype.

Literally just google it. There are hundreds of videos it is pointless to repeat what is already extensively documented.
