Hi,

I'm currently in search of a few people interested in working on an upcoming server network. The server's we will be providing will be:

• HCF
• Towny
• Skyblock

We're currently in search of a few knowledgeable people that'd be interested in assisting with minor development and growth of the network. Below you will find a list of some of our expected requirements.

Developer:

• Minimum 6 months experience with Java or Kotlin
• Minimum 6 months experience with databasing(postgresql or mysql)
• Ability to put a minimum of 5 hours a week into the project
• Ability to work well with a team

Marketing Team:

• In-depth knowledge about Towny, Skyblock and faction servers
• Ability to work with the game developers and management to emphasize changes that should be made to improve success rates
• 6 months experience in operating Minecraft servers in a marketing related position
• Ability to engage with the community and keep their engagement
• Ability to put a minimum of 5 hours a week into the project

Due to this being a new project and funds are being utilized for development costs, graphical costs and hosting costs, these positions are currently unpaid.

Hey - Great question! Currently our paid portions are for the following:

- Graphic design
- Outsource plugin work
- Server host/utilities

Everything else is currently unpaid, but will be a paid opportunity later on.

As far as your second question:

My team and I are a very experienced group of individuals with background in programming, marketing, management and sysadmin. Through the help of a few additional like-minded individuals, we hope to bring together a well put together network experience for those who wish to play.

Across 3 of our discords, we currently have a combined possible 550 people the launch will be announced to, not factoring in what word of mouth does as well.
