Well, currently this is just a plan. Im just trying to see where I can get I have enough money to start this project due to the fact that I've owned server minecraft servers that have made an intense amount of profit.

This isn’t something you just ‘develop’ - a lot of this is about latency and if I recall right Australian Servers are the best latency wise for Mojang’s name servers (Think I recall reading that somewhere).

In order to have larger chances of sniping a name, you need better development which costs more money.
