Development Needed

Hello, I'm currently looking for some good solid developers who know what they are doing. I currently am releasing a server soon so I need to get my ideas created.

I want someone with a good reputation (vouches, and reputation).

A few requirements the developer must have are... The developer must be fair with prices, the developer must reply to me within a few hours, the developer must have at least 2 years in Java, a few years in the Bukkit, Spigot, and BungeeCord API, the developer must know how to use MySQL.

Full time is when you pay monthly (for example) , this is not full time.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the plugin developer would work until he finishes all of the plugins I said in the wishlist. And then he can move on.
