You know the median pay for a developer (software developer specifically) is $30-$50 hourly, right? And that's just median, more specialized developers will make more.

In fact, web developers who specialize in React (such as myself) is $81-100 an hour.

The community here is mostly kids, there is no way that you can get $22/hour in here.
Outside MCM you can surely get more than that.
