Development Team

Looking for a new development team. The team that I'm currently in is no longer active.

What I'm looking for:

• Want 80% from each commission.
• I should be allowed to give my opinion on the price of a plugin request.
• Looking for an active team. Around 1-2 commissions per week.

I have an immense amount of plugins that were coded exclusively for networks / servers. Due to an agreement that I sign with all of my clients, I'm not allowed to disclose their information without their permission.

Am I reading this wrong? You want 80% from each commission? A team is two or more people and this would be far too high of a cut for a single developer (in my opinion). Best of luck!

I think people keep misunderstanding. This is how my old team worked:

1. My manager gets a plugin request.
2. My manager asks for an appraisal.
3. My manager gets 20% of the plugin's price.
4. The developer (me) gets 80% of the plugin's price.

I see. I was under the illusion that being part of a team would mean working collaboratively on the large-scale projects. It makes more sense now you have explained your desired system.
