Keeping this short, I need a development team not a service team but developers who want to work on an OpPrison will be paid down the line but willing to work for free currently.

Maybe you will get a good developer who is going through some transitional period and will work for free but more than likely you will get applicants who are terrible.
Any decent or better developer is going to want immediate payment and continuous payment for their work.

Good luck, maybe you will be a lucky star and get at least one good developer for free.
