Devs who back out.

Hello, I recently have had about 4 devs in a row back out on me.. This is extremely annoying and all it does is waste the clients time. I am trying to get something done by the end of the month, and knowing the many incompetent devs here, i will never be able to finish this.

I believe that devs should be permanently banned for backing out on plugins. Even if they are busy, they should not have accepted the plugin if they did not have the time to do it.

All it does is waste peoples time, therefore, they should be banned.

Won't be enforced just because you have a problem, even if it is a pain in the ass. It's the same for people backing out on account deals or auctions or commissions for builds etc. Can't and won't be moderated. If you need more security on your project just go to https://www.spigotmc.org/forums/offering-developers.59/, things are processed much more strictly and I'd call it bizarre to say the least if your problems persisted I'd leave negative feedback on all their services threads as well but I imagine you've already done so.

Think they are developers when they can configure groupmanager..
