It does, as long as the VPSes themselves are not sold over again it technically not reselling.
As I mentioned if you're using the service/product in another manner than it's "shipped in" then you're not merely reselling it.
If your taking the product/service and adding on top of that (say a VPS for this case) then it referred as Value Added Reselling.
If you could please take this to another thread or dm, as it is beginning to stray away from the purpose and content of the original post.

I am currently using the 4GB server or known as Gold Plan. I have around 35+ plugins running and not even a little bit of lag, which is what I expected. Also to mention I used a little bit of world edit. (If you could include your server specs it would be great).
Your website could do with some work, I see a few things missing such as the about page, also include a FAQ, it will help customers know more about your company, also the services you will be providing.
A few website links are not working or you have not created the page yet. You most likely know which ones.
Your prices seem to be okay, it is affordable, but maybe you could add more plans, such as, 5GB-16GB servers and then custom servers.
In terms of contacting you as a hosting company people are very limited, I suggest getting a livechat on your website and finding additional members for your team to help manage the live chat (Sales, Technical Support, ETC). If people are limited to tickets then they might be deterred. If peoples servers break down, then they are going to want it up as soon as possible and they will want to contact you quickly as there server might have a playerbase.
Overall, it is looking good, I would just like to know more about the company and the services your provide.

I feel like people use the term "reselling" very loosely. To clarify, I do use RamNode for my web hosting servers. However what I'm providing is a service, simply ran on top of their service. I'm not "reselling" that same product (the VPS) to anyone. This thread's getting off topic fast. Let's respect the OP and maybe take the "reselling" discussion elsewhere?
I ordered one to test for the free month, was able to upload BungeeCord, was able to set it up as a custom jar. Works perfectly so far, so can vouch for them.
