Diamond Setups Looking for freelancers

Hello, welcome to DiamondSetups. We are a company which aims to give every client the cheapest but yet the highest quality setup. We are looking for freelancers that will receive the highest paid rate on the market. We have done this because we value our employees and feel they are a huge part of our company. Below is a list of what roles we are looking for and the rates they will receive.

Roles :
Graphics designer- You will need to present examples of past work. The rate you will get is 95% of the commission.
Discord setup specialist- You will need to show some examples of previous servers you have set up. The rate you will get will also be 95% of the commission.
Server setup specialist- You will have the role of setting up Minecraft servers. Some portfolio will need to be seen. The rate again will also be 95%
Build specialist- You will be required to build whatever the client requests. Some examples of previous builds will need to be seen. You also get 95% rate too.
Sales representative- You will be required to find clients and bring them to the server for whatever they may need. You will get 15% rate.

Hello,
Your rates aren't making sense to me at all. So say I am a setup specilist and a sales rep finds me a client I get 95% and the sales rep gets 15% which is 110% so the company is going to give me or the sales rep 10% more?
