Did I get exit scammed?

I loaned $10 to a user who was offering a $20 payback. I did the loan after asking some questions and reviewing his reputation (3 positives) and him agreeing to my ToS, and he gave updates on all agreed dates until the day he was supposed to payback. He was supposed to pack back on May 4th, but hasn't responded to my Discord messages (invisible mode), email, or messages on here, and now his payback total is up to about $70 (ToS lateness fees). When I try to message him on Discord, I get a automatic reply saying he either left a shared server, removed me as a friend, or blocked me. His profile on here says he was last seen less than a week ago. What are the odds that I was scammed?

He's likely exit scamming, ignoring you for that long and even blocking you makes it pretty obvious.

The fact that discord now tells you that he may have blocked you. Means he has blocked you as you were never in a mutual server to begin with.

Click on the payment and there should be the option "report a problem" or something, follow the instructions there to create a dispute for the money.

Just for the future, try not do loans through F&F. You'll win G&S chargebacks with more ease seeing as people that exit scam rarely fight back disputes. People might try and trick you saying that they can't receive G&S payments. If they do that, simply deny their request. I've had my fair share of bad loaning experiences and I've lost a good amount of money because of the dickwads that exit scam. If you (somehow) find my crappy thread in the loans section, I have a list of failed loans (iirc) and if you take a look at it, there's a considerable amount of exit scammers that I loaned money to.

The Gist: Avoid doing loans through F&F.
