Did you stay up for name changes back in February? [Share your Story!]

RIP. I came from the Xbox Gamertag OG Market, so I knew how much names like these would be worth. I spent 6 months prior to name changes collecting accounts, hence of why I had so many when name changes came out.

I just had one name I used on every platform. Nothing remotely OG about the name, just my alias so to speak. Looking back on it;
Some hella' good OGs were available on the day of name changes, wish I was smart enough to take some. Especially if I bought the accounts myself, all original TIDs etc. Damn. :/

I was asleep but when I woke up.. all the names I wanted where taken... But I managed to get "Use" so wasn't that bad

I did not know what OG's was back then, I had the chance to snag (if I remember correctly) "May", but I took "Reks" instead since I liked the name better, I also got "BukkitDev" which I changed to some random name since I got tierd of it.

I didn't stay up cuz I had school, and I thought my two friends were gonna stay up but they didn't -_-. so I in the morning I woke up immediately and got my first choice "Tre" and some others such as, Crayon, Airplane, Bath, Really, Forearm, and some others that I forgot. I also tried to help my friends get their names Ian and Zach but it was too late.

RIP. I've seen Ian around on Mineplex and MCSG.

My pc got haxed, so I reset it and didn't think bout the ogs, they are forever on my old PC. Still on it, haven't looked. Tids, og af names. Tis a sad day

I was at school at the time they were released, luckily me and my friends were on break xD We borrowed my friends phone which had the best internet and all got our desired names, mine was "Mazzers" as my old one was "mazzers222" (og af ik)

Yeah baccarino I successfully snagged my baby pikachu literally 1.5 seconds after the feature was released then nabbed PvE, Vanilla, Haley, and a couple others I can't remember. I still have contact to the owner of Haley and probably the TID to it, should probably get that back since she longer plays minecraft and I could either sell it or give it to a friend named Haley I know. As for vanilla, I lost the info and I need to find the TID to that as well tbh. PvE, I actually sold for $40 to a friend. So ye, not an unsuccessful night but I definitely could've done better. One of my friends got Darkrai, another got Mewtwo. Definitely a sick night for Pokemon names x3
