Hey man,

(Disclaimer here) I'm not here to trash talk, just to give constructive criticism.
The spawn has a nice design, and some good structures. The only problem is the block type.
Indeed, it isn't much of an appreciated block type (visually speaking), although for a 2 block type build, it's pretty good. I'd recommend lowering the bin to 20 USD or something along those lines because of the simplicity of the flooring and the fact it uses very few blocks of the span of available ones.
What makes it go up is the fact it has everything needed for a factions spawn, including rank board, rules board, crates area etc. I personally love that spawn, but I already have one xD. I'm definitely going to redirect people here if they look for a good build!

Other than that, great spawn mate, keep up the good work!

as i said it is not my spawn,it was for our server i didnt built it, other builded it for us (private spawn) anyway thanx for comment,bin lowered to 20$
