Hello! As a member of Refract Builds, I present my build shop, offering quality structures for a small price.
Prices can be worked around of course, but the prices I listed are the balance between quality and price.
I will be creating a sellfy soon for non exclusive builds, this thread is meant for exclusive builds only.
Expect projects over 200x200 (structural) to take over a week, and projects below that under a week.
My strengths are Oriental, Medieval, and Steampunk, which to most people are what I do the best on. My weaknesses in building are Modern, and Organic (Statues, dragons, etc.).
Payments are made through pay pal, build delivery can be through a zipped file, and sent to mediafire, Skype, or any other if you wish that is reliable at file transfer. Payments made after seeing the finished product, then the product will be sent over.
Before requesting a build, you have the knowledge in the type of quality build you are getting (shown in portfolio). If you request a look at the build, screenshots can be sent periodically to ensure you are satisfied with it, you will not be invited onto the server. Remember that I am doing this to the best of my abilities.
You may not resell work that is exclusive.
No charging back.
I may decline an offer if I feel that it does not suit my skill set.
