This actually isn't that rare - TLDs like ".shop", ".money", ".gg", etc. aren't that desirable, hence why they are available. The only domain TLDs that hold real long term value are .co, .org, .com, .net, and some domain hacks. I'm not saying nTLDs aren't resellable, but it's definitely going to be a hard sell.
Most you can probably get for this is registration fee or low XX.
