Today Ergon and I are looking to bring on another Director for Elagon.
You will be working with our team recruiting builders, client relations and being active on MC-Market for Elagon. Everyone will start with a trial period to see if you fit and add something to our team. Every week or month we will set goals for you so you can grow as a person as well.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years old.
- Experience in the building industry
- Management stress
- Can handle stress
- Able to meet goals and deadlines
- Good communication
- Good English (Prefer multi-languages)
Payment will start with a percentage first, I'm aiming for a fixed pay later.
