Direful Network | Horror Themed Network
Direful directly means extremely bad; dreadful. We use this as a constant reminder to put our best foot forward. On the contrary it also means evil; menacing which is where we get our network's theme. We have a network theme of such things as our Yakuza Realm, with a theme based around the Japanese Gang (Regular Factions). We will also be running our Myers Realm based after Michael Myers in the Halloween™ Movie Series, along with other popular horror movies (OP Factions). The final realm we are willing to share is the Prohibition Realm based after the 1920 to 1933 prohibition where mobsters would make a fortune selling illegal drinks (Custom Factions).

Hi, my name is Vexary. I am an advertising and business specialist and I have been doing operations and server management for over 5 years. I am currently learning how to program in Java and I am fluent in HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript.
Hi, my name is Casper. I am a configuration specialist and a learning Java developer! I have been playing MC for 6 years and been doing management work for 5. My passion in life is programming, I have done programming work for servers such as The Ingot or smaller things such as making a website for my town. I have always loved tinkering with computers, from small things like making batch scripts to making bigger things such as AI that codes websites. I am a highly experienced and known network developer, with operating, managing and programming networks for well over 5 years, working for various large servers, ranging from Hypixel to TheArchon. Requirements:
You must be at least 16 years of age or older.
You must have discord and a working microphone.
You must not currently work for any other network.
You must be able to write and speak in English.
You must have at least 2 years of management experience.
You must have good writing and document organization skills.
Jobs of Staff Management:
• Organizing and reviewing all staff applications in an unbiased manner.
• Conducting voice interviews with accurate and detailed questions to get a detailed understanding of the potential applicant.
• Managing and organizing all staff members and roles as well as maintaining staff activity and handing out required warnings, suspensions, demotions or removals as needed.
• Creating, organizing and reviewing all staff guidelines as well as giving out warnings for violations of the staff guidelines and use appropriate punishment methods.
Jobs of Community Management:
• Managing all community areas including but not limited to forums, social network pages, public galleries, and Discord servers.
• Organizing and planning community events on but not limited to forums, Discord, and Server.
• Helping and organizing different methods of advertising on various platforms and standards.
• Answer all queries and questions from both staff and players alike and helping them with the quick response time.
• Bringing all game related support requests to developers for debugging and fixing.
