Disable enchants

Hello, Im requesting a plugin that will be able to disable enchantments. Specifically I am looking to disable unbreaking and infinity.

Secondly - I am also looking to disable villigers being able to trade mending. Players can still use mending and achieve it through other vanilla means, but villiger breeders are just so broken.
