Disable giving reactions for new users who have joined within a week

I get really annoyed when 5 year olds register for mc-market, then when someone reacts to their posts with funny, they go around looking for every post that person has made and reacting with the same emoji. This is probably a bad suggestion but put restrictions on new people. There should be a 1 week wait time before (new) people can be repped. or maybe, for the first 2 weeks, they can only be repped once a day.

im asking for both, should this be two suggestion threads then? I am basically looking for restrictions on new users in general. And ofc, my point gets proven. A user who joined yesterday decides to disagree on THIS post and the OP post. I don't have anything against him disagreeing with the OP post since that is his right. that just shows that you did not even read the thread nor my secondary post. I was saying in general, I deal with new users doing this all the time. You are an example, I rated your post funny then you went on to rate my posts on other threads with the funny reaction. You literally are acting like a troll and you also curse a lot.

Lol that's rate farming, that's also against the rules ironically.

Reactions aren't that serious unless it's spam. If it's spamming you, take a screenshot and report the user. It is not allowed.

I had this happen to me by Maxey, except he only did it on two of my posts after I pointed out that his tool wasn't as secure as alternatives which are usually built into most systems (excl. Windows, for techies )

No comedic value to the first post.

No comedic value in the second post.

I tend to get over these kids really quick. They like to think that rating things funny makes them cool or special, I'm not sure. All it tells me is that they're stupid when they go around rating multiple posts funny at once.
