Disable home teleport and /back into other territories (factions)

So, im looking for a plugin that disables teleporting into other faction territories using /home or /back, but I still want to allow users to still be able to /tpa their friends in.

im wondering if someone could do this for a vouch since its a pretty simple concept.
or if someone knows if something like this already exists?
