Disable /jump into faction claims

Hi everyone,

I am looking to purchase a plugin which disables people from doing /jump into a faction base. This would be disabled by checking if the land is claimed before doing /jump and if the land isn't claimed it allows you to tp. If the land is claimed then it displays an error message in chat.
