Not really used zpermissions much, however give this command a go:

Why would you use zPermissions :/

Anyways, it isn't bukkit.command.me, its minecraft.command.me so:
/permissions group <group> set minecraft.command.me f

If you could read my post, you would be able to see that I put minecraft.commands.me and Fire said bukkit.commands.me

So please read through posts fully before making inaccurate claims.
