Stop people advertising in shoutbox. Now I know I was a main culprit for this a while ago but now I resort to one link every 24 hours or so just for a funny thread. It's kinda annoying and during busy periods it floods the chat. I was thinking either extremely enforce the 15 minute rule (1 warning point for breaking it) make it 1 hour between ads to stop the spam or disallow it completely. Each would make it slightly easier to see any messages rather than it being flooded with posts.
