Disabled discord account | Is there a chance i can get it back?

Hello, So I own a skyblock server and yesterday I was dming island leaders asking if they would like to play. I randomly got logged out after dming maybe 10 people and when I tried logging back in it said "your account has been disabled" They sent me a pretty vague email saying my account was disabled for breaching discard's TOS. I have emailed them, dm them on twitter and made a ticket its been about 2 days now just wonder if this has happened to anyone and if so how long it takes to get a response back and if I will get my account back.

Not really. Discord is incredibly strict when it comes to those account closures.

I personally had a similar situation due to mass DMing, I got responded within a week to my E-mail and was unbanned in under 2 weeks. I simply admitted to the Mass DMing and was unaware of this breaching the TOS.

Something similar happened to me even though I wasn't mass DMing
I mailed discord and after a day or two I got a reply
They said my account got caught in their spam filter and that my account is no longer disabled and yeah that's it so just mail them and wait for a reply, then you should be good

Most likely false flagged as a self-bot. If you shoot Discord an email you may be able to get it re-activated.

My main account was banned for a while for distributing cracked accounts in dms, i am not trying to get back my account bcz i think i need to wait too much time for their support to reply and I made another acc

You can easily get unbanned if it was for, massing dming, or using somewhat type of macro, but if its related to "fraud" or anything very bad, you will not get it back, discords mass dm prevention and bot is terrible to be honest, you can get banned for just joining multiple servers in a small amount of time. So just make an appeal.
