Disabling /spawn

Is there a plugin that allows me to disable /spawn
When the player types /spawn it says you are not allowed to go here or a custom message?
Not looking to pay for a plugin like this just wondering does anyone have one?

You could block it with essentials like stated above, or with world guard. /rg flag __GLOBAL__ blocked-cmds /spawn. Or something like that. Make sure you have two underscores. Also you would have to do this in every world.
