Disallow appraisal threads for items against the rules

With the obvious ban on selling Minecraft accounts, it seems rather silly to allow appraisals for such things.

This basically allows the private sales of accounts, which I am unsure if scam reports can even be made for such sales.

Why allow appraisals on items that aren't allowed to be sold on-site?

Would love to hear some opinions if you aren't in favor.

Honestly it seems silly that this sort of suggestion has to be made, but feel free to go through the appraisals, some new ones and people commenting on old ones.
