Disallow friends and family paypal support on scam reports

We shouldn't allow people have scam report support if they pay in friends and family. Friends and family means that your not buying anything and your GIFTING friends and family money. Friends and family shouldnt be allowed for scam reports as its bull shit. This is not to stop using friends and family(I still love using friends and family for trades) but to end support on it in scam reports. Like the Arshi scam report

Please read. It shouldnt be allowed for scam reports because friends and family isnt for trades so scam report support shouldnt be given. Trades can still be done via f&f but scam reports wont be allowed

What are you even saying? So as long as I request someone pay me through F&F, I can scam them and they aren't allowed to report me?
Why not just turn it around and make it against the rules for sellers to force the buyer to pay in F&F, doesn't that serve the same kind of purpose but instead punish the right people?

I honestly don't care which one I use. I make sure people have verified paypals

If you send any payment under family and friends, you cannot open a dispute for "item not received" or "item not described". You're only recourse is filling an unauthorized claim, which will look like you're intentionally trying to get your money back, overall causing your PP getting suspended & case being dismissed.

Despite the purpose of friends of family, many people on these forums use it. Disallowing scam reports for friends and family transactions just allows potential scammers to keep roaming the site.

Sorry if it's in your thread but you wrote it very unclear.

I was taking this thread over with a friend, he brought up some very important points:
1: It's against PayPal's Terms of Service to send via Friends and Family for any transactions where Goods and Services would and should be used.
2: It's Illegal to use Friends and Family for purchases where Goods and Services should be used. Yeah, pretty much everyone here is breaking the law every day. Little did you know, you're dodging tax fees, little did you know, that's up to 5 years in jail, and a $100,000 fine

Maybe next time you should think before sending via friends and family.

Little did you know that paypal simply doesn't care for the minuscule amounts of transactions that happen here.
If you want to use g&s then by all means do so. There's a big difference between a grand-scale tax evasion business and kids selling stuff on a forum, so I doubt most people here will care.

Does that change the fact that it's illegal? No. Being cheap at a young age like most people here, is not going to do any good for their future. Matter of fact, it's probably going to get a lot of people in trouble in the future. Literally all I need to do is sell something, and if they pay via F&F, without me asking them to, I can report them to the IRS for tax evasion by filling out form 3949-A found on irs.gov. It only takes a little attention from an authority, or someone to just fill out that form to screw over 90% of the members here, plus their parents.
