Disallow posting of discord suggestions

I'm still not fully sure about a Discord integration just yet, and any duplicate suggestions that are made will just be denied anyways. Maybe once I do have a finalised decision about a discord server I will add this to the 'do not suggest' list but in the mean time I'm fine with hearing discussion about a server.
