Discord ads are rarely effective these days. I'd go with a well established Youtuber (Buy Preroll ads, or have a video on your server)

Discord advertising is actually a very good idea because it makes your Minecraft server look a lot more credible, it will make it easier to obtain new users in the long run and can potentially turn some people into server members.
