Discord Bot Developer for One-Time Project

Hello, I'm looking for a Discord bot developer to work on a one-time project.

Requirements

• Must code with Java and use JDA. This is because the REST API wrapper the bot will be based around is coded in Java, and I would like to be able to maintain the bot myself.
• Experience with newer Discord API features including slash commands, buttons, ephemeral messages, and forms/modals.
• Willing to provide source code and complete (including commercial) rights to the bot.
• Available to work on a medium-sized project (example below).

Please provide a quote & time frame for the following sample project (you will not be completing this bot - this is just for me to get an idea of your general pricing and availability):
An intermediate service team bot with commission tickets (different categories, marking as pending/completed, archiving), quoting, review, application, freelancer profile, and other essential service team bot systems, using Discord's newer API features such as slash commands, forms, and buttons.
