Discord bot development (Support Tickets)

Are there any bots that do support tickets? If not how much for a custom bot?

If I were to do a custom bot here are the features I would want

- Support Ticket System

- Chat Commands (Ban,Mute,Clearchat,kick, anti advertising)

- Roles Manager {} something like ./role add (username) (role)
