Discord bot for mcmarket purchases

Hi there! I'm wondering if there is a discord bot that will automatically check if someone bought a resource on mcmarket, and automatically give them a role on the server?
Or maybe a bot who will check the Paypal transactions and automatically give the role based on the payment name and id.

Honestly, I can see the perks of something like this, would really help provide that extra level of support to clients of products.

If someone could make this, or already exists, would be super cool.

As everyone else has mentioned the easiest way to do that would be by reading your paypal transactions or emails
