Discord Bot JavaScript

Hello! I need a Discord Bot made in Java Script, take a look at what it has to do and add me on Discord: Asstoped#3007 ; if you know how to do it.

Spoiler: What the bot has to do

Let's say we have a role: Inviter I role
The bot has to verify if the user has the role
If yes, then if the user send @ here ping in a channel, the bot will have to send exactly the same message as the user said, with a @ here ping at the end of message.
After that, the bot will add a cooldown at this thing 24 hours to the guy, so he will be able to do the same after 24 hours. ( you don t have to save the cooldown remaining into a data base, it doesn t matter if the bot will crash and the cooldown will be reseted)
If the user wants to see how much time he has to wait until he will be able to ping again with @ here he will type !cooldown and the bot will say to him exactly time he has to wait until he can use it again
If no; then the bot will send in the channel, the message "You don't have access to do it!"
