Discord bot keeps crashing (Heroku)

Alright so it appears I've run into some problem... The discord bot we are hosting on Heroku keeps on crashing after some time with the error log in console:

2019-07-20T22:07:33.120625+00:00 heroku[web.1]: Error R10 (Boot timeout) -> Web process failed to bind to $PORT within 60 seconds of launch
2019-07-20T22:07:33.120625+00:00 heroku[web.1]: Stopping process with SIGKILL
2019-07-20T22:07:33.195728+00:00 heroku[web.1]: Process exited with status 137

If anyone could help me out with this, I'd be really appreciative!

I'm not the one that coded the bot, and I don't have the contact to that person... I'm going to need more info on what to look for, and where to look for it

have you tried not using heroku...?

Heroku has not been and isn't built for handling and running discord bots, and never will be. It's mainly the root of your problem. Don't be a cheapskate and rent a VPS, they aren't even that expensive.
