Discord Bot (need asap)

I need a discord bot which does all of the following things:
- mute, ban, warn and kick
- able to send messages inside of the bot, not by a user.
- mod log channel, where all deleted messages etc goes in.
- auto role
- welcome and leave message
- a info command which shows information about the server
- prefix must be !
