Discord Bot (Only JDA)

Hello mc-market developers im looking for someone to make me a custom discord bot for my discord faction server I also want the src for it as well as im learning how to code bots as we speak.

Commands
-create (name) this will create a channel the user has put the name ass and they will get full perms to that channel and only them can do /add (name) and then they will be able to see the channel and join it also all these channels will be created under a category named faction with i will make so the bot can work with it
