Discord bot programmer

Hello all! Been awhile, I'm in need of a Discord bot. It'll be an application bot, and what it'll do is it'll post a message in a channel of my choosing with 3 reactions, and depending on what reaction gets clicked, it'll open a channel in a category named [APPLICATION NAME - Player name" and only them and people with a certain role can see it, and that's where they'll enter their applications.

Also should come with a /deny or /accept commands to enter inside those channels.

(Similar to how tickets for service discords work.)
