Discord Bot Setup

Disclaimer - This has nothing to do with Minecraft, but due to the nature of this website, I'm sure there are a decent amount of people on here who would know how to do this.

I am currently working on setting up a stock trading community on Discord, and after a lot of digging, I found the author of a bot used on a different server that I would like to implement on my own. I have the source code (github link) to this bot, however I have absolutely no clue how to create a bot using this. If this is something you are able to do, please PM me on here or on Discord @ Crimsonwrath#7817. No set budget, but I am not looking to spend any large amount of money on this considering the bot itself is already complete.
