Discord bot to clone a server between to discord accounts

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows a bot that can create a discord template and be able to clone it onto an existing server. (I know discord has a template feature but you cant put it on an existing server.)

You can no longer make templates with it sadly.

discord came out with server templates... you can create one now

I need any user to be able to load the backup not just the creator.

Erm. I just made a server, go to settings, Server Template. Enter a name and click generate template.
